1. PVD process PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)---Physical Vapor Deposition: refers to the processof transferring atoms or molecules from the source to the surface of the substrate by using physical processes to achieve material transfer. Its function is to spray some particles with special properties (high strength, wearresistance, heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, etc.) on the matrix with lower performance, so that the matrix has better performance. PVD basic methods: vacuum evaporation, sputtering, ion plating (hollow cathode ionplating, hot cathode ion plating, arc ion plating, reactive reactive ion plating, radio frequency ion plating, DC discharge ion plating).

2. Sandblasting (shot peening) treatment
Sand blasting uses compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the blasting material (copperore sand, quartz sand, emery, iron sand, sea sand) to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at a high speed, so that the appearance or shape of the workpiece surface changes.
3. Chemical treatment
Chemical treatment is a general term for the formation of a layer of stable compounds on the surface of stainlesssteel by chemical or electrochemical treatment. Electroplating, as we often say, is electrochemically treated.
4. Mirror finish
The mirror treatment of stainless steel is simply to polish the surface of stainless steel. The polishing methodsare divided into physical polishing and chemical polishing. Partial polishing can also be performed on the stainless steel surface. The polishing grades are divided into ordinary polishing, ordinary 6K, fine grinding 8K, andsuper fine grinding 10K effect. The mirror surface gives people a sense of high-end simplicity and fashionable future.

5. Surface coloring
Stainless steel coloring not only gives stainless steel products various colors, increases the variety of products,but also improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of products. There are many methods of surface coloring, which are systematically divided into: 1. Chemical oxidation coloring method; 2. Electrochemical oxidationcoloring method; 3. Ion deposition oxide coloring method; 4. High temperature oxidation coloring method; 5. Gas phase cracking coloring method Law.
6. Surface brushing treatment

7. Spray
Stainless steel spraying is substantially different from the coloring mentioned above, and depending on the material,some spraying can damage the oxide layer on the stainless steel surface. However, spraying can achieve different colors of stainless steel products with a simple process, and can also use different spray paints to change thefeel of stainless steel. Like our daily stainless steel water cups, the spraying process is used.
